West Elm

Born in Brooklyn, West Elm is a much-loved home brand devoted to helping customers express their personal style. Their Design Crew provides creative and installation services for projects of all scales and sizes, and each West Elm designer goes through a certification program. They approached us to help make the videos and materials they needed for an efficient, effective and inspiring training process. Working with the training team, we storyboarded, styled and shot a series of videos teaching the essentials of design, and we edited and designed an accompanying handbook with worksheets and activities. The resulting program is a core part of West Elm’s strategy to meet customers where they live.
